Skort
I would love a skort. I use my Frankie bike shorts to turn all my other skirts into skorts. Skorts are my favorite travel item, but I also wear them in summer all the time!
Color suggestion - start with just black.

LOVE the new travel skirt from Rebecca‘s coffee chat. Would love to see it offered in Washed Navy and Burgundy. Would also absolutely love to see it with built in shorts underneath—would be the most amazing addition to a summer capsule wardrobe. -

MishaYES! - black mini skort would be 'regular' length and a 3-4" 'longer' length would hit at knee

SarahAnd please please please initially release it in TWO (or more…) colors. All my black leggings / bike shorts blend together, it would be amazing to have a non-black color right off the bat! I would buy both colors, no matter what the “other” color is, immediately.

CarlaYes please. I'm in favor of a navy color and plus size. I would buy this in a heartbeat!!!

DebI have a navy knit skort I wear almost every day in the summer. It hits just above the knee, about 6-inch inseam, size L, formerly sold by Magellans. It has a fully elastic wide waistband (not one that can be adjusted with a string). Super comfy, looks nice, dressier sub for shorts, less formal than a dress. Please consider this!

ColleenLove this idea! I would vote for it to be a skirt with built-in shorts, so from the back it would still look like a shirt, not shorts.

Karen WilsonI love skorts. They are very practical. At my age (70), I don't wear short skirts or dresses. Knee length is perfect. Basic colors that team well with t shirts would be great!

CheyanneI definitely agree a skort could be a wonderful product especially for me chasing a toddler. I really love the look of dresses or skirts, but I need the functionality of shorts. I think black is a very versatile color but some sort of color would be nice too!

ChristinaPlease make a high-waisted skort that would hit mid-thigh or knee length. I’m looking to build a wool swim outfit and this would be perfect with a full coverage bra (36E-ish), full coverage undies and tank top!! See article for inspiration https://www.merinocountry.com/blogs/news/wool-swimwear

CindyI second the "skirt with attached shorts" comment, and I would love to see this in A LOT of colors, not just black. I am thinking Berry Pink, Cerise, Ocean Teal, Marionberry.... this would be wonderful for walking, running, pickleball, playing on the floor with kids, etc

JoanYes, yes, yes! I would have all the colors, just not too short. I would absolutely love one based on the Summit shorts, must have pockets!

MishaYES PLEASE w basically summit shorts underneath (functional pockets and legs that don’t ride up)

SharynI love skorts! It is what I wear when I'm not wearing a wool& dress with shorts underneath. I do prefer solids. The skort colors I wear now are denim blue, khaki tan, and khaki green. I do have one navy print skort but it is not as versatile.
I currently have 6 wool& dresses. -

SusanThe skort shouldn't be too sporty short or too matronly long, 14-16 inches in the XS would be great!

MeredithI would love a high waisted skort that hits mid thigh. I currently wear cotton ones too the gym daily and sometimes fit normal wear in summer.
Maybe a long option that adds 4 or so inches to get to knee length for the people who want more coverage? -

TessaWith a decent inseam!!!! 5-7 inches for those of us with thick thighs shorter inseams make the shorts useless.

SuzyLynA skort in a longer length in the plus sizes that would be work appropriate please...navy or forest night or one of the new olive tone colors

JanetNeed black and marine skort, please, in a fabric that is substantial, maybe French terry. I would not buy in flimsy fabric.

SarahYES! A skort would be perfect. I am swapping all my clothing to Wool& but a skort is a travel go-to. I found an icebreaker one, but it is far to short. Please make one!

DonnaAnother vote for a skort! They are a favorite and would be so appreciated in wool!

Stacy NKA skort would be lovely - with a thicker fabric then the fine jersey for the skirt part so it doesn't show lumps so easily. Maybe the french terry?

RinaYes!!! I was going to suggest a skort with summit short pockets! Upvote and let’s make the skort happen! I wear them 80% of the time in summer and I have 3 cotton skorts from Costco. Would love a wool one that I don’t need to launder as much. Colors: Black, gray, olive green, etc match them with the Morgan tee- voila they become a short sleeved dress!

KathyI would love a wool skort that can go from activewear to around town and has functional pockets sturdy enough for a phone please!

KaylaI recently bought 2 athletic skorts and love them so much. I'd rather have one in wool. Both of mine are skirts with shorts underneath. That's the style I would like.
High rise, and hit at or just above the knee. -

KrisPockets are what make me really love my skorts. Duluth’s dry on the fly skort has the BEST pockets! A design like that in wool would be a mic drop moment. 🎤

AndreaSkorts are great but not for everyone. Please don't replace skirts entirely with skorts, as so many retailers have done. Many of us prefer to keep skirts snd shorts separate even if we wear them together -- greatly simplifies/streamlines washing!

CherylA skort that goes close to the knees would be great. Be sure it comes in lots of bright summer colors

JillI live in skorts in the summer, so this would be an amazing option, especially if the attached shorts had side pockets! 18" long for us long-legged ladies and a shorter option for "regular" ladies would be optimal. I'd also love to see colors besides black.

MegYES to a skort! I'm Team Mini Skort, but I love the idea of having both a long and a short version. I wear skorts all summer long and would love to not have to wash them constantly. Pockets like in the summit shorts would be a must.

AmyI would love a skort….agree that dark solid colors would be best (black, navy, heather grey). Would be amazing to see multiple length options, including mini (which is what I personally prefer) & knee length.

HilaryI disagree with the Skort suggestion, because it makes it harder for women to empty our bladders when outside. A travel skirt with matching, but not attached, shorts would be ok. I thought skorts were good until I tried them.

Kim MergedI would love it if Wool& would make a more modest above-the-knee skort (around 20" in length) that's appropriate for casual, warm weather wear.
The image is my current favorite (cotton) skort from Talbots that comes in a modest length with a cute slit on one side. It's so flattering and I'd love to see something like this in merino!
