A more business-like fit and flare in interlock
I’d love to see a fit-and-flare that’s shaped rather than elastic-waisted (see photo). The interlock fabric would be a perfect choice to make it dressy enough for business, since it would hold its shape nicely. Extra points if it’s available in navy.

CJI am intrigued by the interlock fabric, but my dress style preference is definitely for fit and flare. I would love something like this soooo much!

MarisaGreat for us pear shaped gals. I LOVE the thought of Margo and Evelyn but I'm afraid they would not fit my pear shape!

ChristianaDefinitely. More fitted looks in general that don’t rely on elastic would be wonderful.

MeganYes please. But also release it in plus sizing from the get go. Fat babes want cute dresses for work too.

LydiaYes, please! And with a petite option or not too long so that it will work for shorter frames!

MimiWe always referred to this as a “princess cut dress”! It’s perfect for my shape too! Although, now that I am in my 70’s, I would prefer sleeves….3/4 length or even longer is better! Thank you!

ShelbyThis silhouette is lovely. I love the sleeveless style, above the knee length, and neckline that's not v neck.

ValerieWould love to see this, but with a less swingy skirt portion, more of a simple A-line.

LexI don't ever go sleeveless in the office and we already have the Kalle, which is professional and sleeveless. Would love something good for the office but with sleeves that at least cover my elbows.

Rebecca JoannaI would love a dress like this in the interlock fabric, but with some kind of short or cap sleeve, and without a deep scoop neck. The neck shown here is great. It would also be nice to have it in a color other than black- navy or pine or even a lighter color that doesn't have a gray hue/black hue. A brown or maybe cranberry might be nice as well. ANYWAYS- I love my margo fabric, but would really like a fit and flare with shorter sleeves- and pockets version. It is helpful if it goes to the knees for someone at least 5'6"... maybe having a regular and long version covers this so those who are shorter can get the regular and it would hit at the knees, and those taller could get a longer version that would also hit around the knees... or just below.
THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING! -

Carrie YThis Princess cut is so classy! Please be sure to allow plenty of bust width (I am 30/32 E/F on an XS Petite frame) and length options (I prefer below knee). Would love this is many colors if the fit is right.

EmmyOh!! Like a Flora with a reversible neckline (Good idea, Michelle!) in a ponte??? Glorious! But I am very much in favor of the idea from a number of comments of tossing on a short/cap sleeve. I am not a sleeveless gal and it would be much more versatile for me and other commenters to have a small sleeve—still easy to toss a cardigan ir Moto over, but more flexible to wear on its own into the office!

NicoleWould love a Talia in interlock fabric. The current version is too thin for winter
