Order history with pictures
The order history format used by Julahas is one of the most customer friendly I have encountered. Their format includes thumbnail pictures of items included with each order, so specific orders can be easily found at a glance (vs the need to individually open each order to find the correct one) It is such a good system, I wanted to pass the suggestion along to wool& for consideration as another tool to improve your already awesome customer service.

CT MergedI’d like to see all my orders listed with the merchandise and not just the order number. It can be difficult to locate items for exchange or return after I have tried them on. I’d also like to see a longer history - all of our purchase - listed under Account

Connie Thomson MergedI'd love for our accounts pages on the website to go back farther into our history with the purchases we have already made in order to help us see at a glance what we are looking for. I've been curious about the size, the color name, what I purchased at the same time, the order number. I'd love to determine at a glance the items I'm looking for. More than once I've ordered multiples of a dress because shipping time often takes a while and I'd (embarrassingly) forgotten I had already ordered. I'd also love to see a place where I can access my many many orders at once, without having to rifle through all my old emails.
