Returns from account history
Please make a feature on the website that easily allows you to select an item that was shipped to you, to return. That is easier than trying to find the order number and where to initiate the return on the website. The existing return avenue could stay for those without accounts.

Pdxgal MergedI'm technically inclined and the only way I've found to make a return is to scroll all the way to the bottom of the website to find the returns link, which is not intuitive. I'm sure many people have been frustrated by this. I suggest on the page for a specific order, have a return button that will either autopopulate the Happy Returns order/zipcode fields or just pass that info through and go straight to the return process. This would hugely improve the customer experience for returns!
