Floor length, v-neck maxi Brooklyn
When I voted for the maxi Brooklyn last time, what I had in mind was more like this image. Could be reversible, but doesn't have to be. This gown would be very easy to glam up to a high degree, and could also be dressed down. Looking for a v-neck, flutter sleeves, no pockets, and a draped skirt with a defined waist. Basically exactly Brooklyn, but with 24 more inches!

Britta MergedPlease make a true brooklyn maxi dress… a glamorous maxi with a v neck wrap bodice and flowing dolman sleeves just like the brooklyn, but include a skirt that is long and lovely (with pockets)!!

CherylTo be a maxi Brooklyn it has to have the major features of the Brooklyn - wrap style, V neck and reversible. Flutter sleeves nice but not mandatory Preferably offered in both black and navy to meet both summer and winter coloring.

S MooreYes, when I voted for a maxi length Brooklyn I wanted the Brooklyn top with a full length (formal gala length) skirt. Something to wear to formal events, maybe with a bolero type jacket or a shawl. As much as I love pockets, I'm not sure if pockets are possible but keep a nice silhouette?

I purchased a marin but I don't like the neckline, waist, or sleeves as much as Brooklyn. But I really need a black Wool& full length dress for an upcoming gala. -

AnnaThis would be a perfect dress for me. The Marin fell short of my expectations for a maxi Brooklyn

MeredithI would love a true maxi Brooklyn. I need the wrap top/v neck to balance out all the fabric from the maxi length otherwise I am just swallowed by fabric.

CAZThis is more along the lines of what I thought the Brooklyn maxi would be rather than Marin. I would definitely get this in black and navy.

Kim MergedSince the other request for a floor-length Brooklyn was marked "done" with the arrival of Marin, I'd like to reopen the conversation. What I need is the Brooklyn dress made floor length. Keep the same sleeves and neckline, but lengthen the skirt to floor length. It would make a lovely semi-formal gown, as well as a more casual summer maxi, depending on how you style it.

I altered the image of a black Brooklyn to illustrate what I'm looking for! -

SandraMy one wish would be a long version since those that would need it hemmed could have it hemmed! This style deserves to sweep at the floor and that is exactly what my tall self wants too!

StephanieThe upvote button doesn't seem to work for me?

But yes, please! A true floor length Brooklyn for sure in black but navy, marine blue, plum, emerald, etc would be nice too. I really need a formal/gala events option. -

Carrie YYes!
**multiple lengths to accommodate height variation and desired hemline
**could charge a slight differential for the various lengths
with these alterations:
*a bit tighter/higher at the wrap neck (I have seen others add thin elastic to the entire neckline)
*1/2" extra length in top front (so the elastic doesn't hit just below full bust)
*on-seam pockets
for reference:
4'10"
106 pounds
34-29.5-36.5
32 DD/DDD
Natural waist (approx; self-measured): 16.5" front; 15.5" back
Shoulder seams at back: 12" or so
below calf/high ankle provides some illusion of more height :-) -

AlexActual floor length would be amazing, or at least a true maxi. It feels like a lot of what is called maxi is more like a midi.
