Work/Business-appropriate blouse shirts
The current shirts all look very casual/t-shirt like. I would love some shirts in your normal wool blend with some tailored details to make them look a little more dressy. For example, pleats at the neck, a v-neck collar, flowy sleeves. I added an example below, but there's plenty of other styles that could also be considered for this.

DebraI wish I could vote for this suggestion more than once! The sample picture from OP is exactly the type of top I wear often, except with "regular" sleeves. I would buy a ton of wool tops in a similar style if available.

AndreaYes! I bought the women's button downs from the original wool & prince but there are hardly any options after the split! I'm to the point of wondering if I need to order the men's shirts and get tailoring done :( The button down twill has been out of stock for so long!!!

CatI would buy multiple classic button down work ready shirts made of a light weight wool blend, with or without a collar. I would prefer regular sleeves to allow layering under a cardigan or blazer. Top of my wish list!

Val HButton down Oxford style - if looking for inspiration Ibex use to make a button down called Trinity, I own several of them as they are very work appropriate plus have stretch like a T-shirt. I still wear mine weekly but they are starting to wear out. It has nice seaming making it flattering.

LaurenI too wish for more business appropriate shirts and less t-shirts. Aside from the tunics, every offering is a tshirt material.
A button down Oxford style that is something that can be worn to the office. Pleats, draping/gathering, would all make some tops more interesting and dressy at the same time.
The men's division (https://woolandprince.com/collections/button-down-shirts) has a tons of options and options in the weight. I'd love some women's cuts versions.
